Exchange Policy:
As we only make customized dresses, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is placed. We suggest you take your time while placing the order and double-check your measurements to ensure your dress fits you perfectly.

We understand that minor alterations may be required once you receive the dress. Therefore, we offer alterations within one week of receipt of the dress. However, the client needs to send us the dress at their own cost for any alterations.

Please note that we do not accept returns on any customised dresses.

Cancellation Policy:
We do not accept cancellations once the order is placed.
